DDMIX (Diverse Dance Mix, a dance fitness program designed for educational settings, typically schools, that aims to encourage physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle among students. Created by Darcey Bussell, a former principal dancer with The Royal Ballet, and Nathan Clarke, a renowned choreographer. The program combines a variety of dance styles from around the world into easy-to-follow routines, making it accessible and enjoyable for children of different ages and abilities.
